When we refer to Contentphilic, it includes all services offered under this brand name, including but not limited to website copywriting, SEO content, email sequences, sales material, social media content, and event content.
2. Services
We provide content writing and strategy services tailored to your brand, audience, and goals. Deliverables, timelines, and scope will be agreed upon via email, proposal, or contract before work begins.
3. Revisions
We offer unlimited revisions until the content is approved.
- Once you formally approve the content (via email, shared document comment, or project management platform), the project is considered closed.
- Any edits requested after approval will be considered a new task or project and may incur additional charges.
- Revisions should be requested within 10 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
4. Ownership & Portfolio Rights
- Upon full payment, all approved and final content becomes your intellectual property.
- We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio or marketing channels unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Drafts, exploratory versions, or unused materials remain the property of Contentphilic.
5. Payments & Invoicing
- Projects typically require 50% advance and 50% upon completion, unless otherwise stated.
- All invoices are due within 7 days unless agreed otherwise.
- Late payments may incur a 5% monthly late fee beyond 10 days of the due date.
- Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
6. Timelines & Delays
- We’ll define timelines collaboratively before starting.
- Delays in providing inputs, approvals, or feedback may affect delivery timelines.
- Time-sensitive projects must be flagged in advance.
7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your business information.
- We will not disclose sensitive data, unpublished work, or internal documents without your consent.
- We may request a testimonial or permission to showcase completed work, which is entirely optional.
8. Disclaimers
While we aim to deliver high-performing content based on proven practices, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as first-page rankings, viral performance, or conversion rates, as these depend on multiple factors beyond our control.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases:
- Work completed until termination must be paid for.
- Any unused portion of the payment will be refunded only if no significant work has begun.
- Approved content remains your property; unused drafts remain with us.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India under the jurisdiction of Delhi.
11. Updates to This Policy
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued engagement with our services implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
