Welcome to Contentphilic. These Terms govern your use of the 8-Dimension Content Audit Tool, the Full Report and Content Strategy Package, and our Done-for-You Content Creation service. By submitting an audit, making a payment, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If anything here conflicts with a signed proposal, statement of work, or contract for the Done-for-You service, the signed document takes priority.
1. Who We Are
Contentphilic is offered by Auxinity Ventures (“we,” “us,” “our”), based in India. References to “Contentphilic” include the audit tool, the website at contentphilic.com, the application at app.contentphilic.com, and all related services.
2. Our Services
We offer:
- Free Audit: A no-cost content audit delivered by email within minutes
- Full Report ($29, one-time): A deeper audit with a human review layer, delivered within 24 hours
- Content Strategy Package ($349, one-time): The Full Report plus a documented content strategy (brand voice document, content pillars, audience personas, content calendar, and related assets), delivered within 5 business days
- Done-for-You Content Creation: A custom monthly content production retainer, scoped and priced individually (see Section 11)
Pricing, deliverables, and delivery timeframes may change. The price and scope shown to you at the time of purchase apply to your order.
3. Eligibility and Your Responsibilities
To use the audit tool, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Are authorized to submit the business, website, and social media information you provide, whether it’s your own business or one you represent
- Will only submit content, handles, or links you have the right to share
- Will provide accurate information, since your scores and recommendations are only as good as the data you give us
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the questionnaire answers, content samples, and competitor information you submit. We’re not responsible for inaccurate findings caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
4. How the Audit Works
When you run an audit, we combine the information you provide with publicly available data from your website and social profiles (and any competitors you name), and analyze it using AI (the Claude API), along with, for the Full Report and Content Strategy Package, human review before delivery. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, used, and shared.
5. Payments
- Payments for the Full Report and Content Strategy Package are processed securely through PayPal. We don’t store your card details.
- If you’ve already purchased the Full Report and later upgrade to the Content Strategy Package, the $29 you paid is credited toward the $349 price; you pay the $320 balance.
- The Done-for-You service is billed per the terms agreed in your proposal or invoice (see Section 11).
6. Refunds
- Full Report and Content Strategy Package: If you’re not satisfied, contact us at aakanksha@contentphilic.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll either revise the report to address your concerns or issue a full refund.
- Free Audit: No payment is taken, so no refund applies.
- Done-for-You retainer: Governed by Section 11 and your specific agreement.
7. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Our audit scores, findings, and recommendations are based on the data available to us at the time of analysis, including information you provide and what’s publicly visible on your website and social profiles. We don’t guarantee:
- That every data point will be available, since third-party platforms sometimes restrict what can be observed
- Specific business outcomes such as follower growth, engagement increases, search rankings, or revenue, since these depend on factors outside our control, including how you act on the recommendations
The audit and any reports are provided for informational purposes and don’t constitute legal, financial, or professional business advice.
8. Ownership of Deliverables
- Once payment is received in full, your audit report and any Content Strategy Package assets (brand voice document, content pillars, calendar, AI prompt library, and similar materials) are yours to use for your own business.
- The underlying audit methodology, scoring system, prompts, software, and tool itself remain the property of Auxinity Ventures. Purchasing a report doesn’t grant you rights to our methodology, software, or any unused drafts.
- We may use anonymized, aggregated insights (for example, general industry trends across audits) for our own product development and marketing, without identifying you or your business.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the audit tool to submit content, links, or information that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don’t have the right to share
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the tool’s normal operation
- Submit excessive or automated requests outside normal use
- Resell or redistribute audit reports as your own product or service without our written permission
- Use the tool to harass, defame, or gather information about a person or business for an unlawful purpose
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.
10. Confidentiality
We treat the business information you submit as confidential and handle it in line with our Privacy Policy. We won’t disclose your sensitive or unpublished business information to third parties except as described there. We may ask for a testimonial after delivering your report; this is entirely optional.
11. Done-for-You Content Creation
This section applies only if you’ve engaged our Done-for-You Content Creation retainer.
Scope: deliverables, timelines, and scope are agreed upon via proposal, contract, or email before work begins.
Revisions: we offer unlimited revisions until you approve the content.
- Once you formally approve content (by email, document comment, or project management platform), the project is considered closed.
- Edits requested after approval are treated as a new task and may incur additional charges.
- Revisions should be requested within 10 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Ownership: Upon full payment, all approved final content becomes your intellectual property. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio or marketing unless you ask us in writing not to. Drafts, exploratory versions, and unused materials remain our property.
Payments and invoicing: Projects typically require 50% advance and 50% on completion, unless otherwise stated. Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly late fee starting 10 days after the due date. Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Timelines: We define timelines together before starting. Delays in your inputs, approvals, or feedback may affect delivery. Time-sensitive projects must be flagged in advance.
Termination: Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to termination must be paid for. Any unused portion of the payment is refunded only if no significant work has begun. Approved content remains yours; unused drafts remain ours.
Outcomes: While we aim to deliver high-performing content based on proven practices, we don’t guarantee specific outcomes such as first-page rankings, viral performance, or conversion rates, since these depend on factors beyond our control.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The audit tool, website, and reports are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that findings will be complete or fully accurate, particularly where they depend on third-party platform data we can’t control.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auxinity Ventures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the audit tool, reports, or other services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Auxinity Ventures harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes someone else’s rights or violates the law.
15. Links to Other Websites
Our website and reports may link to third-party sites, including your own website and social profiles, competitor sites, and payment processors. We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the audit tool at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, confidentiality, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will continue to apply.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from your use of our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continued use of the audit tool or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
